My company have just started sending people on a mcitp server administrator boot camp as they want them to be well trained up in this area. It is likely that I might get to go on one as well and I have been trying to think about what it might be like. I have looked up the specific company that provide the mcitp bootcamp training and read their website to see what might happen. I am a little worried about my capability of taking in so much information in so little time and whether I would actually be able to retain much of it. It coudl be very embarrassing if work spend all the money sending me on the mcitp boot camp training and I come back without much more knowledge than I had to start with. They will obviously expect me to get a lot out of it and I will need to somehow make sure that I do. I also need to think about how the information that I learn applies to my job as I think that I will need to apply it as soon as I can when I get back to work in order to prove that I have learned something from the course.

In this economic climate it is important for a company to diversify to make sure that they get sales at least in one area. It can be really hard to know where the gaps in the market are when the market is shrinking all of the time because people do not want to spend any money. Companies such as Sun Orchard Inc have a good idea by having a selection of products and so if one becomes less popular then maybe one of their others will still do okay for them. Small businesses probably suffer more and so it is important for them to keep a very close eye on their costs and expenses to make sure that they are only selling things which are bringing in a profit for them. It is really important t even watch things on a weekly basis because the market is so vulnerable and those people who are really at risk of going under may be effected by very small changes. Hopefully things will pick up soon but predictions are for things only to start picking up in a years time and that can be a long time if you are working at a loss at the moment.
I have decided that I really must get some new luggage. I invited to stay somewhere for the weekend and turned down the invitation because I am embarrassed at the state of my bags. They are not only very old and unfashionable but they are getting worn on the corners and the zips are ripping. They really do look very embarrassing indeed! I have never had my own overnight bag - these were ones that my husband had. I would really like something of my own, something special. I have been looking around and there are lots of things that I like. I particularly liked the samsonite luggage that I saw and will be saving up to buy some (or putting it on my Christmas list!) I will feel far more like staying with people if I have something decent as well as feeling much better when I go to hotels and things. I will try to get a style which will not go out of fashion so that it will hopefully last me a very long time. I know that by choosing a good brand that will help to ensure its longevity as well as picking a quality item which is well made. I will also make sure that it is big enough for me and has all the features that I require.
I have to go out today and buy all sorts of art supplies for the children. They like drawing and painting and I have realised that there are lots more artistic things that they can do and I think that it is a good idea for them to be able to do them at home. I think that I will go to the art shop in town and ask them for ideas of the sorts of things that they can do. I think that it is really important to make sure that they have the opportunity to be creative and I think that the more materials that they have to be creative with, the better their imaginations can be fed. I know that they have a good selection of things to use at play group but it will be holiday times soon and so they will need to do things at home with me and this, I think, is something which we can safely do at home. Hopefully they will really like all of the things that I choose for them and they will be excited and want to start using them right away. Once they have used some of the things, I think that I will take them to the art shop and let them choose some things for themselves as well.
My children are having abirthday soon and I would really like to buy them a bike each. I have been looking at some kettler tricycles as they look so good but I am concerned that our garden is too small for the children to use them safely without bumping into each other. We could take them to the park with them, but we do not get the opportunity to go that often. With the good parental handle on them, it means that we could go along the roadside safely and walk into town or just down to the shops or the library and they would be safe. It would mean that it would need two adults though as it would need one to steer each of the tricycles and so we could only go out when both of us parents were at home which is not normally the case except at the weekend. Hopefully we will be able to find a solution as I think that it is really important for the children to be able to learn to ride a bicycle and I am hoping that they will be able to ride to school eventually.
I am just doing some major changes in my house and it is really exciting. We have had our kitchen extended so that we have a large dining space in there. This means that we have room to have a family room or playroom which is really exciting. It will be great to have somewhere to put the game tables and the big toys and games that we have and also have a space where we can all play together. I am also going to use it to put my home fitness equipment in as well and there will be a TV and the Wii fit too. It means that we can have fun with games and exercising all in one room together rather than the children being in their bedroom and me being in the sitting room. I think it will mean that we can make much better use of the house - so have this great family play room and then have our quiet drawing room and our lovely large kitchen diner for family meals and entertaining. I am really looking forward to all of the work being done so that we can start living our new lives in our new house.
I went to a baby shower the other day. It was lovely because the hostess had made a massive effort to make everything perfect. I ended up taking many more photographs than I thought I would because it all looked so lovely. The table was laid out with mini cakes and a large cake in the centre with flowers and lovely china and knives and even some baby shower favors. There were banners and decorations hanging up as well. It was a really lovely party, so well organised even with some ice breaking games so that we could all get to know each other, some lovely food and then time for gift opening. It lasted for just a few hours but we seemed to do a lot and it was certainly great fun. I picked up some great tips for hosting parties as it was all so well done and every one had such a fantastic time. I especially thought that the themed food and the favors were lovely touches and the main things which made the party the huge success that it was. I think that food is very important and especially having something which is healthy and appropriate. I also think that the favors were a lovely touch which everyone really appreciated.
My Dad has just bought me Husky floor liners for my birthday. It sounds like an odd present but he has had some recently himself and has been raving about how good they are. He has animals, like I do and he finds it really hard to keep his car clean of muddy paw prints. He has found that these Husky mats make it much easier for him to keep things in order and so I asked him whether he could get me some for my birthday because they are not something which I could afford myself. I think that they are great and I really hope that they help to keep my car clean and tidy because it gets to be a real mess at the moment. He is being very kind as I know that he does not have that much money himself but he does travel in my car sometimes with his dogs and I guess he feels a bit guilty about them making a mess of things and wants to help me to keep things tidier.
I just cannot imagine anything more amazing than flying at an edge of space altitude in a MiG. You wouldn’t think that it was possible to have such an experience at an affordable price, but there are companies offering such opportunities. You get to fly a mig over russia as well, which would be an amazing way to see a country. I guess it wouldn’t be for anyone scared of heights or frightened of flying, but for anyone who fancied a bit of a challenge or just wanted to do something different then getting some L-39 flying lessons and having a go would really be fulfilling the dream of a lifetime. I am going to start saving up so that my next holiday will involve one of these experiences as I think that it would be the most amazing thing and very worthwhile doing, especially for someone like me who loves planes and flying. I am getting excited just thinking about it now!
